The Sword of Summer
I have read a lot of Rick Riordan this year. I loved the Percy Jackson series, really liked the Heroes of Olympus series, thought the Kane Chronicles where alright, and was nervous about this series. From the first book though I think that was unnecessary. I really enjoyed these characters and being in a mythology that I don't know much about. Like all I knew about Norse mythology came from the Thor movies which, surprise surprise aren't exactly great on explaining mythos. Anyway I can't wait for the rest of this series because I am very curious as to where it's going but also don't feel like I can talk anymore about the book without it being spoiler central, so just go pick it up.
