The Last Ship
It's a Christmas Miracle, I finished this book!! It was...a thing I did.
This book is exactly what I think of as an old man book. There's a lot war and navy stuff with a propensity to use the same 50 cent word in excess (Here's looking at you Quiesce). This book also felt rather misogynistic, which is never good. Final thoughts, this book is like an adventure survival story without any of those elements but rather just a very long rambling narrative were everything is told and nothing is shown.
